FOOTBALL AND CHEER REGISTRATION: Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 9:30am-3:30pm, and Thursday, March 18, 2010 at 6pm-8pm.
Registrations will be held at the Marion Gerrish Community Center in Derry. Players and cheerleaders from Derry, Chester, Auburn and Hampstead are welcome. Age Requirements:
Football: Ages 7-15 as of December 31, 2010
Cheering: Ages 5-15 as of July 31, 2010
Note: Cheering for ages 5 and 6 is for mascots only and space is limited.
Regular Registration Fees:
Fees are due at time of sign up.
$175 for one child
$325 for two children
$400 for three or more children
$50 for Cheering Mascots
Registration fee includes: Insurance, Use of Football Equipment, Cheerleading Uniforms and Tumbling Classes. For football players: belts, chinstrap, mouthpieces, cleats, socks, supporter and cup are not included. For cheerleaders: sneakers, socks, crop tops and lollipops are not included.
Fundraising:
This year we will have 2 Mandatory Fundraisers.
Our First Fundraiser will be the Cash Calendars. The cost is $100 which is paid at the time of equipment handout. Calendars are $10 each and you can earn your money back by selling or purchasing them. All calendars will be placed into a drawing. We will draw a winner every day for the month of September. *Calendars will also be available early during registrations - Get them early - Sell them fast!*
Our Second Fundraiser: To Be Determined at a later date.
Registrations are accepted on First Come, First Serve Basis
What you will need to register:
- A copy of the child's birth certificate showing the seal of the City, Town, or State they were born in. This original will be copied and a copy kept by the organization for the season. Announcements from a hospital cannot be accepted. If you could bring the original and a copy that will expedite the process.
- Download and print all the forms in the Registration Packet on the Forms page. Forms include a registration form, medical release form, and
D.F.A. Policy Form. Fill out the forms and bring them to registration.
- A parent or legal guardian must be present for each registering child to sign all legal paper work or registration can not be accepted. No dropping off of children to sign themselves up can be allowed and you are only permitted to sign up you own family.
- Football players need to be present at registration in order to be weighed. If your child cannot be present on the registration dates above, please contact a board member prior to
registration
to arrange an alternate weigh in date.

Please Note: **Any past participants owing an outstanding debt or who have not returned any uniforms or equipment to the Demons by registration will not be allowed to sign up until all equipment/uniforms or past and present fees are paid. |
