Below are the volunteer job descriptions and locations.

• Gym doors – Check for hand stamp for those entering the gym. Keep the gym door closed during performances (gym)
• Comp curtain – line teams up and tell coaches/teams when they can enter the performance mat (gym)
• Music timer – time music (gym)
• Routine timer – time routine (gym)
• Score runner – move score sheets from Tammy down to the judges at the other end of the table (gym)
• Escort teams off mat – show coaches/teams where to go after performance (gym)
• 50/50 – Sell 50/50 tickets (gym)
• Video – Record team performances with provided iPad (gym)
• Team Check-in – Help checking in teams (team check-in in hall)
• Concessions – Help in the Café/Kitchen (cafe)
• Stretch/Warm up – Time teams during warmups (mini-gym)
• Hall Monitor – Direct teams where to go (hall)
• Lolligrams – Sell lolligrams (foyer)
• Raffles – Sell basket raffle tickets (foyer)
• Parking attendant – Manage side parking lot
