We will have stations for Equipment/Uniform handout, no station will be permitted to be by-passed. All paperwork (i.e. final 2018 report card, medical release and registration with NHYFSC), final registration payments and purchase of ALL raffle tickets are required in order to take your athletes Equipment/Uniform home. Anyone who has anything outstanding will have their athletes Equipment/Uniform bagged and tagged until we receive all outstanding items, there are NO exceptions. Practice jersey orders will be taken also. Equipment/Uniform handout will go as follows:
8U - 8:00-9:00AM
9U - 9:00-10:00AM
10U - 10:00-11:00AM
11U - 11:00AM-12:00PM
Flag & Cheer can arrive any time between 8:00-11:00am

Volunteer Deposits:
NOTE: All deposit checks should be post-dated for December 15, 2018, credit cards must be valid through December 2018. All deposits will be returned once equipment/uniforms are returned and required volunteer hours are fulfilled at the end of the season.
